1. In the Lap of Death
The Home Minister orders to hunt down Baali after he threatens him. Back in the past, a cop sexually exploits Baali's mother, Savitri. But what happens when he eyes Baali’s sister?
2. Lal Salam
To arrange money for his sister’s marriage, Baali agrees to work for a corrupt jeweller and ends up in trouble. While escaping the cops, he meets Kalavathi, a Naxal sympathiser.

An ex-Naxal, Obuleshu, plans a murder inside the jail. Baali offers to do the job to impress Naxal leader Sambanna, who then appoints him to kill a new Greyhound officer, Vijay Kumar.
